Try Store Pickup
Here's how it works:
1. Choose Store Pickup at checkout
You’ll see the option to “Pick Up In Store” at checkout. Select your local LondonEE & Co.
2. Look for an email update
We’ll let you know when your order is ready and when to pick it up.
3. Pick up your items in store
You will need to show a valid drivers license/identification to pick up your order. If someone else is picking up your order for you, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone call.
STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY
Your awesome new items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of your purchase. We currently use USPS First Class 2-5 day for a rate of $4.95.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on any qualifying order applies only to the FIRST standard shipping to the customer. Customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping.
If you want to make an exchange via mail, you will be responsible to send the unwashed and unworn item with the original tags back to LondonEE and will be invoiced $4.95 for LondonEE to ship the new item to you.
Shoes and boots never qualify for free shipping.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept merchandise returns within 14 days of ship date for store credit. Returned items must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags within 14 days of ship date for store credit only; no refunds will be granted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All sales are FINAL SALE on jewelry, holiday and final markdown items.
Contiguous U.S. only.
Please note: Items being returned must be in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
